At Star On!! The Acting Studio, we Empower Confidence through Acting and Public Speaking, from Kids to Grown-ups. Our mission is not only to build professional actors and public speakers but also to boost our students' confidence, develop their self esteems, and enhance their personalities. They learn effective communication, presentation skills, body language, voice modulation, fluency, overcoming fear, audience engagement, nervousness management, and the basics of speech preparation. We encourage them to make strong choices, to take risks on the stage, and to become the best version of themselves. Our students learn they can be the confident individuals they want to be!

Lily Espinosa is the founding director of STAR ON!! THE ACTING STUDIO, which she established in 2009. Since its founding, the studio has delivered high-level acting training through group classes and private coaching across South Texas and Los Angeles. In 2023, Lily expanded her reach by opening a location in Frisco, now proudly serving students throughout the Dallas metroplex.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Lily’s career began in her teenage years and evolved through a wide range of roles—as an actress, casting director, on-set coach, assistant director, and theater performer. She’s worked in television, film, commercials, and stage productions, and has trained school teams in acting and public speaking competitions, with many of her students winning top awards.
Lily ultimately discovered that her greatest passion lies in teaching and directing. That passion sparked the creation of STAR ON!! The Acting Studio, where her mission is to boost confidence, elevate self-expression, and develop public speaking skills through the transformative power of acting. Her coaching instills a love for the craft, a respect for the discipline of theater, and communication tools essential to both creative and professional success.
Her students have landed roles in major productions—from ABC Family, FOX, and The CW Network to studio films with Sony Pictures and 20th Century Studios, national campaigns, and even Super Bowl commercials. A generation of actors has passed through her studio, and their on-screen achievements—and personal growth—remain a source of pride for Lily and her team.

In recent years, she has extended her coaching to executives, professionals, and educators across a range of industries, including business, law, healthcare, IT, finance, education, etc.. Her work is grounded in her decades-long experience in performance, public speaking, and on-camera communication, as well as her academic background in International Business, which informs her understanding of leadership dynamics and cross-cultural communication.

Do you need private coaching or same day audition coaching?
* We offer Private Classes for people of all ages.

PRIVATE CLASS – IN PERSON CLASS OR ONLINE CLASS (SKYPE OR FACETIME). COACHING INCLUDES:
– Audition Coaching: Your audition coaching session will allow for immediate growth and improvement. You will learn to make clear and specific character/script choices that will bring something new to the table and make you stand out amongst a large pool of competition.
– Acting Coaching: Private acting lessons can be tailored to your needs. Whether you’re seeking guidance through a recently booked job/aid in preparation for set, or are a new student with little knowledge of the craft looking to acquire acting skills, private acting lessons are highly beneficial. You can choose to buy this class individually, or as a 4 class package. Limited to one package per student.
– Public Speaking: Our private classes are tailored according to our students’ needs, whether they want to learn public speaking or stage presence. We prepare customized classes and materials according to the goals you want to accomplish. They learn effective communication, presentation skills, body language, voice modulation, fluency, overcoming fear, audience engagement, nervousness management, and the basics of speech preparation. We encourage them to make strong choices and to take risks on the stage.
PRIVATE LESSON OPTIONS:
* In person private lesson: $125 / 1 hr.
* Online private lesson: $115 / 1 hr.
* 4 in person – 1 hr. private lessons pack: $470 / pack of 4 – 1 hr. x class
* 4 online – 1 hr. private lessons pack: $430 / pack of 4 – 1 hr. x class

Tuition: $345 (4 weeks, 1 hour per week)

30 MINUTE PRIVATE LESSON OPTIONS:
Note: Thirty-minute private sessions are exclusively available for ongoing students who are already registered in other programs, such as ongoing group classes or ongoing one-hour private classes, and require audition preparation. Additionally, we welcome thirty-minute private sessions for students aged 3 to 6 years old.
* In person private lesson: $70 / 30 min. class
* Online private lesson: $65 / 30 min. class
* 4 in person 30 min. private lessons pack: $260 / 4 pack – 30 minutes x class
*4 online 30 min. private lessons pacK: $230 / 4 pack – 30 minutes x class
